XMAS DISCLAIMER: As we enter the busy holiday season into the new year, we cannot guarantee that any orders will be fulfilled in time to be sent by Christmas 2024. Our couriers, suppliers and manufacturers are all generally experiencing heavy volumes of orders with cut-off dates to be sent by, so please be mindful of this when placing orders as a gift. Alternatively, we also offer an e-Gift Card which you can purchase for yourself or others and is automatically sent to your desired inbox.

Since we currently operate on a pre-order basis, your order will be sent to you once the manufacturing process is complete - this could range from a few days after you place your order up to 2-3 weeks later. As always, we will endeavour to get your items sent to you ASAP! Please keep an eye out on your emails as you will be sent an update once your order has been fulfilled.

AUSTRALIA domestic shipping

We ship all over Australia. Shipping time (after processing) for METRO CITIES is approx. 3-5 business days, RURAL CITIES is approx. 5-10 business days.

Domestic shipping rate: $15AUD flat rate all over Australia.
Express shipping rate: $20AUD expected within 2-4 days METRO and 4-8 days RURAL.

International shipping

We have a flat rate for international shipping for less hassles on our end. $25AUD regardless of the destination and weight of your order.

Shipping time to international countries varies and therefore we cannot give a solidified timeframe for each country. You should expect your package within 30-60 days after processing. If there are any issues and you haven’t received your order, please email us at admin@fnln.store with your order number and we’ll be in touch.

If your country is not on the list for international shipping, please send us an email or a DM on socials and we’ll do our best to make your order happen.

At this moment in time we cannot offer express shipping for international orders. Please stay tuned as we want to offer this option once our business grows!

With the cost of inflation and it’s effect on small businesses like ours, we reserve the right to increase our flat rates for shipping (both domestic and international) at any given time.

RETURNS

FINELINE Returns and refund Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds, emphasizing our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Eligibility and Timeframe

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Condition of Items

Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels intact.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Certain items, such as personalized or non-returnable goods, are exempt from being returned.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
