What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping for AUSTRALIA orders only, and standard shipping for all international orders. Delivery times differ depending on your location.

How can I track my order?
We currently don’t offer tracking but we’re working on adding this as a feature ASAP!
What is your return policy?
We offer returns or exchanges as long as the item is in new and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please read our Returns policy for more info.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please read our Shipping policy for more info.
If your country is not listed in the international shipping category, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it a possibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our payments are done via Stripe which accepts all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
How do I know what size to order?
Use our sizing chart to see what sizes we offer.
We do love to see our designs in an ‘oversized’ fit, so if you would usually wear a Size M for a regular-fitted look, we’d suggest you wear a Size L or even an XL to achieve that baggy-streetwear aesthetic.
Have a look through our Gallery on each product page to grasp an idea of what size shirt the models wear and adjust accordingly to yourself. If you’re still stuck, don’t be afraid to shoot us a message and we’ll gladly help!
Are the colours of the clothing items accurate to what I see online?
Generally yes, however please note that some images we have online are edited or are under specific lighting conditions that make the clothing appear in a different shade. Each item is specifically labelled with what colour it is so please double-check before placing your order, if you receive the ‘wrong item’ based on colour then it is not our responsibility and we cannot issue a refund for this reason. We would be happy to provide store-credit or help exchange for the correct item IF there has been a mistake on our part. Please look at our returns policy for more information on this procedure.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging options?
Not at the moment! On the topic of packaging in general - we are working on having our own branded packaging (hopefully sometime very soon) but at the moment all our packaging is done via locally sourced, eco-friendly products.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, it is best to do so within 6 hours of placing your order or else it may be too late. Send us an email ASAP with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate. If the order has already been processed and shipped then we unfortunately cannot help you any longer. Please double-check your orders before going through with them to avoid disappointment.
Are there any additional costs such as taxes or duties?
Not on our end. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay additional fees to receive your package, however this is not paid for or covered by us. If you are unsure, double check with your local post/courier service or send us an email.
Do you have a loyalty program or rewards system?
Not right now! For now, you can make your own free account on our site to keep track of all your past and ongoing orders, and even create a wishlist!
How can I contact customer service for assistance?
Email us or get in touch via our social media. Email is the best option but please note that we may not be able to get back to you immediately.
Are your products ethically sourced or sustainable?
Yes, our products are sourced/produced from local Australian vendors who also have a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices with their supplies and code of conduct. We try to stay local as much as possible however there are some cases where products can be outsourced internationally, but it is assured by our vendors that these international products are created under safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions.
Our packaging uses 100% recyclable materials, from the mailers down to the tissue paper and everything in between. We are committed to making an eco-friendly difference with as much as we can control, even the tiny things such as our product hang tags or our shipping labels.
Do you offer customisation or personalisation options?
Not at the moment, but check out our commissions page to see past custom designs we’ve created for various people/communities. If you like what you see and are desperate for a customised design, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do - but no promises can be made with this.
Are there any discounts or promotions available?
Keep an eye out on our site/socials/your email for special promotions and discount codes popping up from time to time!
Do you have a size chart?
Yes we do! Please note that sizing can change depending on our vendor, but generally it is the same overall. Have a look at our models and the size shirts they wear before deciding on what size to get.
What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?
If your desired item is out of stock, there will be a waitlist option on the page for that item. Please click that link and enter your email address so you are instantly notified once the item comes back on our site. If it has clearly been listed that a particular item is being discontinued, it will unfortunately not be making a return.
How do I care for and wash the clothing items?
Do wash your shirts inside out, at least once before wear.
Do not tumble dry your shirts, only hang dry inside out.
Do not directly iron on top of the prints. If you must iron, make sure the shirt is inside out before continuing with your ironing. This is so your product’s lifecycle is extended as much as possible and that your designs aren’t melted off.
Avoid using heavy chemicals or detergents when washing your shirts.
Do you have a physical store location where I can try on items?
Not yet, however if you’re based in Brisbane, we plan to do little stalls at artist markets from time to time! Keep an eye out on our socials for any announcements.
Can I purchase gift cards?
You can! Gift cards are available in our store. Valid for a one-time use only, anything bought via a giftcard cannot be returned or exchanged without a proof of payment. Gift card balance cannot be restored or returned in exchange for money.
